1. Order Processing Time

All Ready orders are processed within 2-4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
- Made to Order processed within 2-4 weeks.

Orders placed after 5 PM will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email/SMS/WhatsApp message with tracking details.
2. Shipping Timelines (Ready to ship)

Metro Cities: Delivery within 4–6 business days

Other Cities/Towns: Delivery within 5–8 business days

Remote or Tier-3 Areas: Delivery within 7–10 business days
- Made to Order: 2-4 weeks
Please note: Delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (strikes, natural calamities, high volume during sales/festivals, courier issues).
3. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Free shipping across India on orders above ₹999. Terms & Conditions apply.

COD Orders: A standard COD handling charge of ₹60 will be applied.
4. Courier Partners
We work with reliable and reputed courier companies like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and safe deliveries.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via email and WhatsApp. You can also track your order anytime on our website using the Track Order page.
6. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we’re working to make Ayamik available globally soon!
7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact number are entered correctly. Ayamik is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete information provided at checkout.
8. Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, incomplete address, or unavailability of the recipient:
