At Ayamik, your satisfaction is our priority. We aim to offer a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refund terms carefully.

1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change!

You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier.
To cancel, simply email us at support@ayamik.co.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9201914818 with your order number.
Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made after the order is shipped or for products delivered in good condition.

Refunds are provided only in the following cases:

You cancel your order within the eligible window.
You receive a damaged or defective product and report it within 48 hours of delivery (with unboxing video/photos).
The product is out of stock and we are unable to fulfill your order.

Refund Timeline:

Refunds for eligible cases are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be made via UPI or bank transfer.

3. Damaged or Defective Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Please share an unboxing video and photos within 48 hours of delivery at support@ayamik.co.in.
Once verified, we’ll offer either a replacement or refund/store credit, based on your preference.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following cases:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
Delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, or government restrictions
Minor color variation due to screen/display differences
Personalized/customized items
Products purchased during sale/clearance events (unless damaged or defective)
